Only selling to upgrade. 2nd Owner. I have a carfax up until I purchased it in July 2006. It has all options. Only selling to upgrade, nothing is wrong with this coach. This is the 3rd motorhome I have owned in about 13 years. I regularly sell about every 3-4 years and upgrade everytime.I PUT 6 NEW MICHELIN TIRES ON IT IN JULY 2006 AND ALL NEW HOUSE/CHASSIS BATTERIES IN JUNE 2007. It is the Fleetwood Revolution 38B, with two slides. This is only one step below the American Coach series. It is on a Freightliner chassis with a 8.3L Cummins turbo diesel, 330 horse power engine. It also has a Banks power stinger system, which increases the horses to 425hp and increases the torque by almost 300 foot lbs. Allison 3000 six speed automatic transmission. Onan 7.5KW quiet diesel generator, with about 725 hours on it. Tilt/cruise, smart wheel, backup monitor, heated/remote side mirrors. It has pass through basement storage with a slide out tray. Full body paint, that I wax at least once a year! Fiberglass roof. It has two ducted A/C, two furnaces, three tvs, two inside and one outside, satellite radio, power A&E patio awning, entry awning and awnings on all windows. Power entry steps, keyless entry, auto seek satellite system. fiberglass roof.27" tv in front, 19" tv in bedroom, 15" LCD Tv outside, 5.1 stereo home theater surround sound, dvd/vhs tape player, tile kitchen/bath floors, very plush carpet throughout the rest. Ultra leather 6way power captains chairs, pilot/co-pilot, ultra leather sleeper sofa, and a leather recliner. Dinette table with four chairs, convection/microwave oven, 3 burner cooktop, regular oven, double sink, four door refrigerator freezer w/ice maker, corian counter tops throughout, shower, washer/dryer combo, ceiling fan in bedroom, full length cedar closet, queen size bed, cherry wood interior. I have had all the windows professionally tinted to 5%.This is one clean coach! There is some very minor cosmetic damage to the upper right rear corner area, which I have included pictures of . It was this way when I purchased it and have never gotten around to fixing it. I did get a quote and it was about $1,200 or so to repair, it is really just a paint issue. The previous owner had two small dogs he travelled with and we occassionally travel with our two cats, but you would never know it by looking. NEVER SMOKED IN. We have had the carpets and tile floor professionally cleaned three times since we have owned it.More pics at :// /collage/detail/016ac22af0
