This coach is a Country Coach Concept Omega on a Dynamax chassis with a Detroit 500hp Series 60 Diesel engine. This coach is NOT nice as compared to a new unit. It is decent when compared to a new motorhome. It is 8 years old. To be 8 years old this coach is pretty nice. This RV was just driven several hundred miles with no trouble. There are 3 roof AC units that work. The engine or dash AC also works, in addition to a living room and bedroom chassis AC. The Series 60 Detroit DIESEL 500hp engine runs as it should, no problems. The Allison 6 speed automatic overdrive transmission shifts great also, no problems. An Onan diesel generator is in good working condition. There is a fridge / freezer that works. There is a back up camara that works. There are 2 invertors that work. This coach has a 'aqua hot' type heating system. Nada price is approx $154k with options for a 2000 model. Nada only has this coach listed until 2000. So, this coach actually worth more than a 2000 model. It is used.This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. We liquidate our inventory and only do a basic mechanical check out. We sold over 350 units in 2008. We are selling them because we are CHEAP. So we are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. We will make sure the engine, transmission, over head air conditioner, refrigerator, and the generator operate normally (if/when applicable). These are the items most people are concerned with. We will also preform a basic check on the drivetrain, which consist of a test drive to determine if the engine transmission and brakes seem to perform properly. We will repair what is necessary. The REST is up to you!! We are usually selling older decent motorhomes at very low prices, we are not selling brand new or perfect units. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price that in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC. The tires have good tread 22.5 inch wheels. The tires look decent also. The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about.
