For sale by owner. 2010 Sandpiper 345QB: Brand new, only used 2 times. It is too much trailer for us and our truck. We have upgraded the bunk house to one sleeper sofa with a air mattress and two bunks on the other side. Had the second air conditioner added to that room. Master is in the rear with an upgraded Serta sleeper King mattress and has a ¿ bath.Added a Max Air Smart fan and Max air vents to roof. We also had them leave out some of the carpet in areas and added the tile to that area so it is easier to keep floor clean with the kids in and out. It⿿s a very nice rig. I have also added 3 slide out toppers and a Air Borne fifth wheel pin box that improves the ride. Bottom right picture is the bunk house, it is a very nice room and perfect for kids or even two more adults with the sofa, very private. Trailer with added options and other added items cost$36,500. With pin box and toppers added cost $39,200 Our asking price $37,200
