2008 Breckenridge 1240 SEDL Park Model RV for sale. This better than new unit is spotless and is fully set up and ready to go at Laurel Highlands Campland in Donegal, PA, site 133. This park model has residential-style construction with vinyl siding, shingle roof, and thermopane windows throughout. The campground is open year-round including water service and plowed roads, and this camper is set up for all year use with a heat taped and insulated water supply, powerful furnace, and 100 gal. propane tank. This camper can also be used as a permanent residence, if desired.

This camper is being sold as a turn-key setup. It is fully set up, stocked, and ready for you to enjoy. Here is a complete description of the unit and everything that is included:

Sleeping Capacity - This unit has very flexible sleeping arrangements and can sleep a minimum of 8. There is a private master bedroom with queen bed in the rear of the unit. The bedroom has a large double window, a large closet with mirrored sliding doors, a 5 drawer chest, an included TV, two nightstands with storage below and above, a ceiling light and two bedside reading lights. In the front of the unit, there are two couches that each fold out into full size beds, sleeping two each. There is a folding privacy screen that separates the two couch/bed areas. All bedding and pillows are included for the master bed and the two fold out couches. In addition, this unit has a large two room loft area that is accessed by steps off the kitchen. This area can easily sleep several children on each side. One side of the loft has built in storage and TV cabinets. A flat panel TV and DVD player in the loft are included.

Kitchen - This unit has a L-shaped kitchen with ample cabinet space and a pull out garbage can. There is a double bowl angled sink, and GE residential appliances including a propane 4-burner stove with oven and broiler, a built in over the range microwave, and a refrigerator/freezer. Pots, pans, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, towels, coffee maker and toaster are included.

Living Area - The living area has two couches that fold out to full size beds, a swivel rocker chair, a built in desk area with overhead and undercounter storage, and a large closet. This area has a vaulted ceiling with ceiling fan/light and a view of the loft above. The front end of the unit is bumped out and has a full wall of windows. The living area has a sliding patio door to the covered deck, and is open to the dinette table. The living area also contains the entertainment center with built in ceiling speaker system. The living room TV, stereo receiver, and DVD player are included. All three TVs in the unit are connected to an external, amplified digital TV antenna.

Bathroom - This is not your typical RV bathroom! This unit has a large sink with storage vanity below, mirror with light bar and separate medicine cabinet, a residential toilet, and a full size bathtub with shower and one-piece tub surround. There are also two large storage cabinets in the bathroom.

Mechanical - The campsite has 50 Amp metered electric service. Water and sewage are included in the lot rent. The camper has a heat taped and insulated water supply line for year round use. There is a 100 gal propane tank, propane furnace, large central air conditioning unit, and 19 gal electric hot water heater. Both the furnace and A/C are ducted throughout the unit. There are smoke, carbon monoxide, and propane leak detectors installed in the camper. All windows in the camper are double pane glass. This unit stays warm in winter and cool in summer! All systems on this unit work perfectly and there have never been any leaks.

Deck - There is a huge attached deck that has been freshly stained. The deck is fully covered by an insulated metal awning. There are several electrical outlets on the deck. All deck furniture comes with the unit including a large 6-seat glass table, a wood glider, a children's picnic table, and some additional chairs/end tables. Both the front patio door and the rear entrance door to the unit are accessible from the deck.

Outdoor - This camper is on one of the larger sites in the campground. It is a premium lot on the outside loop that is flat and is close to the activity field, playground, tennis and basketball courts. A large, newly painted, shed is on the lot and is included. Inside the shed, yard and hand tools, additional lawn furniture, a trimmer and a new lawn mower are included. A freshly stained picnic table, a propane grill, some children's yard toys, a wood A-frame yard swing, and a fire ring are included.

The campground offers a full activities program in spring and summer, and has indoor and outdoor swimming pools, fishing ponds, a clubhouse and restaurant, a large playground, mini golf, gameroom, laundry, and bath facilities. This camper is set up on a premium site with water, electric, and sewage, and is close to the playground, basketball, and tennis courts. The campground has easy access from PA Turnpike exit 91, and is located close to area recreation including golf, skiing, and state parks with hiking trails, fishing, and boating. Several shops and restaurants are also nearby.
